The Critical Separation Stage in Battery Material Processing
In battery hydrometallurgy (lithium salts, ternary precursors, LFP, recycling), lithium precipitation and sodium freeze-crystallization produce fine-crystal slurries. Evaporators only concentrate; the centrifuge separates — the downstream core unit for purification, impurity removal, recovery, and closed-loop liquor circulation. Crystals split from saturated liquor; wet salt moves on, liquor recycles to the evaporator.
