The Critical Separation Stage in CPE Processing
CPE — chlorinated HDPE (white/pale-yellow powder), weather/ozone/chemical-resistant. Suspension process de-acidifies, washes, and separates the post-chlorination slurry to recover particles, strip acidic liquor for neutralization/drying. The centrifuge drives yield, acid residue, and downstream load.

High Acid Content
Wet CPE particles carry acidic mother liquor — raising neutralization load and drying energy.

Severe Acid Corrosion
The high-concentration HCl mother liquor is extremely corrosive — ordinary stainless steel can’t sustain long-term operation.
