The Critical Separation Stage in Aluminum Salt Slag Processing
Aluminum salt slag — a secondary-smelting byproduct (NaCl–KCl flux) of metallic Al, alumina, chlorides, and AlN. After water-wash leaching, separation splits solids from salt liquor: salt recycles via crystallization, residue to disposal/recovery. The centrifuge drives salt recovery, residue moisture, treatment cost.
