The Critical Separation Stage in Lithium Salt Processing
Lithium — core raw material of new energy. Carbonate, hydroxide, iron phosphate, and fluoride come from ore or brine via leaching, purification, precipitation, and crystallization. Slurry separation is key to purity and recovery; fine, viscous crystals need thorough washing for low-moisture cake.

Fine & Sticky Crystals
Fine, viscous lithium carbonate/hydroxide slurries — conventional units lose solids and dewater poorly.

LWLZ Horizontal Screen Decanter Centrifuge
Multi-stage filtering centrifuge, continuous feed, with washing/dewatering. Handles 0.10–10 mm
particles (esp. 0.3–5 mm), fibrous and sedimentary solids.
Handles Low-concentration Feed
Sedimentation pre-thickens — far less liquid reaches the filtration stage.
