Operating Principle

The centrifuge is installed on a movable platform, and the operating touch screen is installed on the left side of the machine. The main transmission component adopts a multi-channel seal and has a leakage indicator port. If there is leakage in the indicator port, it means that the upper seal fails and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. When the operator works, a filter is placed on the inside of the shell, covered with ice and the plants to be extracted, and another filter is placed. The motor drives the transmission assembly, thereby driving the rotating body, and eddy currents are formed inside the housing, thus forming a strong stirring force. In the absence of plant particulate pollution, the trichomes quickly separate from the plant and remain in the water as suspended insoluble solids. Once the slurry mixture of water and trichomes is separated from the remaining biomass, it can be easily filtered, separated, collected, and dried to obtain a high-quality finished-product.
