Blovebird EEC series Industry Extraction Centrifuge is designed specifically for the extraction of natural products. They feature a fully enclosed fluoropolymer seal and are compatible with extraction solvents such as ethanol and supercritical CO₂, solving the pain points of traditional extraction equipment such as solvent leakage and loss of active ingredients.


01 Key features of the core model: Integrated extraction and dehydration

High-efficiency extraction and sealing: The flat-bottomed rotary drum structure increases the extraction volume by 20% compared to traditional equipment; all seals are made of fluororubber, resistant to organic solvent corrosion, with a solvent leakage rate of <0.01% and an ethanol recovery rate of over 97%.

 

Low-temperature protection and automation: Equipped with a cooling jacket, the extraction temperature can be controlled between 5℃ and 30℃, preventing high-temperature degradation of plant active ingredients (such as flavonoids and alkaloids); PLC fully automatic control supports forward and reverse extraction and centrifugal dehydration program settings, allowing for single-person operation.

 

Mobile and clean design: The compact model (EEC15) uses a trolley structure, allowing for convenient operation next to the extraction tank; material-contacting parts are made of 316L stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish and no dead corners; equipped with a CIP cleaning system, meeting GMP standards for food and health product production.
